It was around January of this year when the Agencies of Actresses were caught in uproar.

A person related to the makers stated "There were cases in the past where the directors in possession of master tape leaked it, or cases where people leaving the industry trying to make come cash and took it out (for sales I assume). They were few in number. This time it is the biggest incident in history."
As for why they appeared on Chinese site, AV writer Kochi stated "AV actress are rising in popularity in China. When they head there for events, news make big headlines on them. Especially Hatano Yui where in Taiwan she's so popular she were casted in drinks commercials."
Upon checking the said site, releases from top actress were included as well. They were sold around 50 to 100 dollars per release.
"The top girls would sell their popular release around 3000 copies. This made the uncensored leak even more valuable among the foreign fans. They would be sold on average between 75 to 120 dollars. Imagine that for same scale as 3000 copies, they would be making 3 Billion (3,000,000,000) dollars."
With such big incident, rumours are flying around everywhere.
A top management from a maker stated "Leaks consist of scripts and shootings materials pre-editing, which shouldn't be accessible to anyone beside those at the shootings. Among the leaks there were scenes of 'fake semen' preparation. These will never be included with the actual release. This caused some rumours / theories about insider leak to be spread around."
And there are also a quote "SOD has a child company located in Bangkok, Thailand where they handle the censoring. If it were men, they are chances where they would steal the materials. So all the staffs are women. There are also girls who are preparing to take it to the court. The makers are also claiming that: they too are the victim. It will definitely turn into a bad fight. Even worse, this affect the future of AV industry as a whole. Some girls are shocked and quit AV wholly. Girls who were interested won't dare to try."
Spokesperson of SOD said "We are taking this case very seriously. We planned to take downs the leak and recover as much as we can.
